To make a claim please obtain a claim
form by telephoning or writing to our claims services (tel
numbers and addresses below), please note that for your
claim to be considered you must register this within 28
days of returning from you trip.
When contacting the claims company
please ensure that you quote Optimum and your policy number
which starts with ET/AON (followed by your
policy number)
